Grateful

Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms apply to Grateful, the web app at grateful.app.roberrini.com, made by Jeremie Roberrini. By using it you agree to them.

Using the app

Grateful is free and meant for personal use. You need an account, which you can create with Google or your email address. Please keep access to it safe, and don't use the app in a way that disrupts the service.

A journal, not a health service

Grateful is not a medical or mental health service. Its charts and AI reflections are there to encourage you, not to assess you: reflections are written by a machine, can be wrong, and are not advice. If you're having a hard time, please talk to someone you trust or a health professional.

Your entries

What you write stays yours. How it's handled is described in the privacy policy. If your journal matters to you, keep a copy with the export on the About you tab.

No warranty

Grateful is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Jeremie Roberrini is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the app, including lost entries. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

The app may change, gain or lose features, or be discontinued at any time. These terms may also be updated; the new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change.
