Workout Journal
Privacy policy
Last updated 6 November 2026
Workout Journal is a personal workout log, a small project run by Jeremie Roberrini. This policy covers the web app at workout.app.roberrini.com and says plainly what happens to what you enter in it.
What the app keeps
- What you enter: your sessions, exercises, workouts, weights, notes and settings.
- If you sign in: your email address, name and profile picture from your Google account. Google is used to sign you in and for nothing else.
Where it's kept
- Without an account: everything stays in your browser, on your device. Clearing your browser's data erases it.
- With an account: your journal is stored with Google Firebase in Belgium.
The app is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages.
Who can see it
The database only lets each account read and write its own journal. There's no feed and no sharing. Your journal is not end-to-end encrypted, though, so the person running the service could technically reach the stored data. That access isn't used, except if you ask for help with your own account.
Your journal is never sold or used for advertising, and the app has no ads and no analytics.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete any workout at any time.
- You can download all your data as a file from Setup.
- To delete your account and everything in it, email contact@roberrini.com.
Children
Workout Journal is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change.
